Customer Engagement and Delivery Mechanism
Engagement Process:
We begin with a detailed consultation to assess the customer’s current environment and data protection requirements. Based on this assessment, we prepare a customized Statement of Work (SoW) that outlines the scope of services, timelines, design considerations, and deliverables.
Project Delivery
Once the SoW is approved, our team proceeds with implementing the Amazon S3 backup solution, ensuring that encryption, IAM policies, and access controls are configured according to security best practices. We also provide training for the customer’s IT team on how to manage, monitor, and operate the backup solution effectively.
Ongoing Support
We provide two weeks of post-go-live monitoring to validate backup operations and deliver a status report to the customer. Following this period, ongoing operational support and monitoring services are available to ensure continued backup reliability.
